Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 18650 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 18650 platform. This platform is only for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where access to such services is permitted.
These terms take effect from the date your account is registered and apply to all subsequent sessions.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 18650 platform, you are required to register a personal account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 18650 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, lending their account to others, or using another person's account. All activity that takes place on your account is considered your own action.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times
- Each individual may only hold one active account
- Your password must be kept confidential at all times
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another party
- Users are fully responsible for all transactions made on their account
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the 18650 platform must use this service in a lawful and responsible manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to other users is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited conduct on the 18650 platform includes: attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software (bots) to manipulate games or bets, spreading false information about the platform, and any form of fraud in financial transactions.
18650 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending or closing the account of any user found to be in breach of these rules. 18650's decision in such matters is final.
This platform is also strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. Should 18650 determine that an account is held by a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining credit balance will not be refunded.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 18650 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposit methods including FPX (direct transfer from local Malaysian banks) and selected e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the 18650 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing typically takes between one and three business days, depending on the bank and method used.
18650 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal while a security investigation is underway if suspicious activity is detected. The registered email address on the account will be notified should this occur.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash without meeting the required wagering conditions. For details on current bonuses, users may refer to the promotions section within their account.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 18650 platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will always be free from errors or interruptions. While we strive to maintain 24-hour platform availability, scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions may occasionally occur.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 18650 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 18650 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 18650.
Third-Party Links
The 18650 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. 18650 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
18650 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any rules set out in these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform's services. Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining credit balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to investigation and identity verification.
Changes to These Terms
18650 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 18650 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
